What are the various Zepbound Doses

First dose of Zepbound is 2.5 mg once a week for the first 4 weeks. This will help make it easier for your body to adjust to the medicine.

Second dose
5mg Zepbound (Titration Dose)
Subcutaneous Solution
After you complete week 4 of 2.5mg dose, increase the dose to 5mg once a week for at least 4 weeks.

Third dose
7.5 mg Zepbound (Maintenance Dose)
Subcutaneous Solution increase your dose to 7.5 mg after you have completed the 4 weeks of 5mg dose.

Next dose
10 mg After 4 weeks use of 7.5mg you increase your dose to 10mg

From 10mg you increase your dose to 12.5mg after 4 weeks of 10mg

And after 4 weeks of 12.5mg you increase your dose to 15mg of Zepbound

Safety Warnings
